1.We accept returns for up to 30 days from the purchased date or 14 days after delivery which ever first . Please contact us via email
before returning the any item to obtain your return ID and reference number.

2.Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result
of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/users part.

3.Return items should include the original packaging , original Box if supplied with  and all accessories, manuals and labels. If any of the above is missing or any sign of item been used prior to returning we reserve the right to refuse refunding or a partial refund might be given if we deemed suitable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Buyers must contact us before returning item to confirm the returning address and obtain their return Id and reference number.

4.In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund.

5. Please remember to always state your order number and full details if you decide to return an item. We will not be able to process your
replacement/ refund if an item was returned to us without return ID / reference number Or indeed your details such us full name, address and email .

6. If payment was made via PayPal, refund will be via PayPal to the same PayPal account. If payment was via bank transfer refund will be to same Bank account.

7. In all cases please contact us and we will do all that we can to get it sorted for you. Our friendly team will be available to assist and will
work through your inquiry to reach a satisfactory solution.

8. This policy does not apply to bulk orders / wholesale orders or to business customers, please inquire for this with us for wholesale.
